1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using any services provided by Solid Spark Cleaning (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Solid Spark Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Chicago IL, Columbus OH, Cleveland OH, Houston TX, and Dallas TX. Services include:
- Standard / regular recurring cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Appliance and specialty cleaning
3. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Solid Spark Cleaning. We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window and will notify you of any significant delays.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- 48+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling with no charge.
- 24–48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
- Less than 24 hours / same-day cancellation: A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
- Lockout (no access at time of service): The full service fee will be charged.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless a recurring plan has been arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments. Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time
- Secure or remove pets during the cleaning session
- Inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or areas not to be cleaned
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available at the property
- Pick up excessive clutter prior to the visit
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge. The guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage or areas not included in the service agreement.
8. Liability and Damage
Our team is fully insured. In the event of damage caused by our staff, notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Where we are at fault, we will repair or compensate up to the reasonable market value of the item. Our total liability will not exceed the cost of the cleaning service rendered.
9. Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly hire any Solid Spark Cleaning employee or contractor for private work during the service period and for 12 months after the last service date. A referral fee of $2,500 may be charged for violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Columbus, Ohio.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
